Some ideas:-
(1) How should British Libertarians capture a major existing British political party which can form an administration, and what measures must be taken immediately afterwards?
Compare and contrast the two alternative strategies which will need to be followed, depending on whether the party is in Government immediately, or in Opposition for a little time.
Another idea:-
(2) What would an incoming Libertarian Government in the UK consider ought to be its education priorities?
Is it Philosophically Possible to be a Left-Wing Libertarian?
Hey Old Man,
Yes, of course it is. For myself, being Libertarian means a belief in the inherrent freedom of an individual, given as a result of their existance, and thus a belief in the non-aggression principle.
I also believe that all people are complete masters of their own minds and lives, and have the freedom to think as they like, hold any opinion they like – although everyone else is entitled to their own opinion in response – and live as they like. Their economic activities are their own choice.
That’s about as Left-Wing as you can get really.
Many WWW sites offer a charting service which enable people to chart their positions on a two-dimensional diamond-shaped grid, as opposed to the old “Left/RIGHT” one-dimensional line. I score “Left-Libertarian” on the two-dimendional charts.
