The sickening western behaviour over the death of Navalny in prison …….. when the UK has around 300 deaths in prison per year, the USA has approximately 6,000 deaths in prison annually. And why doesn’t our media talk about Julian Assange the blatant political prisoner who is close to deathnin a UK prison being “held” pending extradition to the USA on a trumped up charge, or the death in a Ukrainian prison of an American “political prisoner”?
Why aren’t there crusading journalists in UK on behalf of Julian Assange? Where is Nigel Farage on this?
Luboš Blaha, Deputy Speaker of the Slovak Parliament:
“It is sad of course that a man has died, but it is strange that the whole West is now merrily spinning conspiracy theories here and his death is not even investigated. Putin certainly didn’t need his death, Navalny would have had to spend the next decades in prison and he wasn’t politically threatening anyone. According to official reports, the cause of his death was a blood clot. We don’t know anything else, the case is being investigated, everything else is conspiracy. I won’t pretend to cry all night about Navalny now – there are thousands of children dying in Gaza and all the media is spitting on them, they will now spend a week on the air about just this one American agent. Let them better see what the British and Americans are doing with Julian Assange who is in custody on the verge of death in this glorious West that prides itself on freedom of speech and protection of journalists. Let them remember how they kept silent when American journalist Gonzalo Lira, who criticized Zelensky, died in Ukrainian custody recently. They did not even remember about it. And today they will moralize about Navalny’s death. Again – it’s always sad when a person dies, but this is pure hypocrisy.”

I does seem very odd – and entirely counter-productive – that Putin would have Navalny killed.
You mention Assange – not only has the West effectively condemned him to death for shedding light on US war crimes, but the CIA even plotted to murder him on the streets of London.
Then there’s Epstein. And John MacAfee.
And lower down the scale, we have the monstrous treatment of the January 6th protesters, and the incessant persecution of Donald Trump. I would not be the least bit surprised if Trump doesn’t make it to the November election in one piece.
So even if Putin DID have Navalny killed, are we in any position to condemn him?
It’s interesting that Navalny is reputed to have died from “blood clots.” Was he foolish enough to take the COVID vaccine? Or was it forced on him?
A lot of disparate threads and “conspiracy theories” seem to be coming home to roost now.
