No, not the _FemiNazis_ this time. Sorry. May I introduce….the _FamiNazis_ .

I just got tripped onto this subject through doing the bit of my supper tonight. Messing about in a pan over the gas flame with stuff in it put me in mind of the global-trash-rash of “cooking programmes” that seems to be part of the staple viewing-material of this civilisation. Not watching the tele-vision much, I have to admit that I don’t quite know what else they watch, but I hope it’s not the BBC News.

The “FaminNazis”  are mostly White Ethnic Anglosphere and upper middle class “educated” Bourgeois people. These are the ones who unwittingly (or more uncharitably, with malice-aforethought) want to spread famine. That is to say: really not at all close enough to enough food, and this for all the time more or less, for those humans remaining alive. And despite the best efforts of people like Norman Borlaug, who more or less on his own saved the world from starvation some decades ago.

Such people publicly and in very articulate ways go out of their way to despise “The Big Supermarkets”. Even Prince Charles is on record as saying “people have got to get over their obsession with cheap food”. What he actually said was not what the FamiNazis who despise supermarkets thought they wanted us to think that we thought that he meant; but the point of a global food-distribution system (and there’s only about 60 days’ supply of food in it at any one minute) is to make food cheap and affordable.
