On Friday 13^th July, the LA Putney Debate will be addressed by Tom Burroughes who will speak on ‘The New Masters of the Universe in the Financial World: Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Private Equity Firms – What they are and what their wealth says about modern financial capitalism’.

Tom Burroughes is the Investment Editor of The Business, the British weekly business and finance magazine. Until February of this year, he was a correspondent for Reuters and has been a supporter of the Libertarian Alliance for more than 20 years.
