Then anyone who even mildly dipleases the every increasing occupying army of “More Policemen On The Beat” – whether they are real or artificial ones – will be able to have his pawprints forcibly taken, and deleted afterwards kept on file for ever and ever.

Truly, the solution must be to force everyone to be a Policeman – whether he will or no. Then we can all spy on each other all the time, for ever, and crime will be a thing of the past, even though there will be more indictable offences than ever before.
